Rundown & cueing for live broadcast
What it is
A browser-first rundown and cueing assistant for live broadcast and OB. Small surface area, brutally reliable timing, and clean seams to your control ecosystem.
One code, one show
Every show has one dictable code. Say it over talkback, scan it from a QR, type it on any device. Every surface joins the same room.
Getting in
Watching needs nothing. Someone sends you a show link, you open it, you are in. That is the entire procedure, and it is deliberate: the code in the address is the viewing permission.
Working on a show takes an invitation. Whoever runs the show sends you a join link. Open it on the device you will use, choose the name your colleagues will see, and confirm with your fingerprint or face. That confirmation creates a passkey, and the passkey is your key from then on. There is no password, because a password would only add something to lose.
More devices later? Sign in on the device you have, choose Add this device on the one you want. Done.

Prompter
The script tracks the running order, synced live.
VOX
Spoken countdowns and cue calls for talkback.
Timeline
Plot shots, cues and effects against the waveform.

One surface has no browser
Every surface above is a browser tab. The one under the director's hand is not — so RundAwn ships a Bitfocus Companion module.
Take, retime, pause, jump and mute VOX from real keys. The module corrects against the same show timebase every other surface derives from, so the countdown under your thumb and the countdown on the studio wall are the same count — not two clocks that happen to agree for a while.
One file for macOS and Windows alike. Sideload it, enter the show code, and the panel is in the room like any other surface.

Deterministic time
One shared timebase; every display derives from the same corrected wall clock. Seconds ceil to the exact zero; frames floor with remainder.
The code is the capability
Knowing a show's code grants viewing. Writing and executing stay identity-gated with passkeys. No passwords anywhere.
Fails loud, degrades soft
Offline-first surfaces, an as-run log of what actually went to air, and no silent failures. Ever.
Clean seams
GPIO bridge, tally, routing matrices, template graphics, Stream Deck. RundAwn connects to the ecosystem you already run.
